But thanks to blogging and social media, I’ve managed to keep my window open to the world. The little videos we’ve put together with Bloggers With a View helped me greatly (keeping me busy with filming, editing, and interacting).
For the last vlog of this epic winter 2021, I wanted to focus on what’s good in our lives. I’ve asked our little community to show me what “goodness” meant these days.
I hope you’ll like the next 3 minutes. They are filled with snowy fun days, sunny coastal walks, plenty of outdoors happiness and also gratefulness for those who…

What a lovely idea – focusing on the good to help offset the uncertainty and sadness that the last year has brought with it. I love this little video Donna and how lovely that you could be a part of it.

2nd time I’ve been referred to this beautiful video today. I’m blogger friends with Margie and Tony, who got a little snippet in the last few seconds of the video as they’re busy tapping trees in hopes of producing syrup.

Oh, Donna, that video is such a boost! Optimistic and fun. What a year it has been but I think we are finally climbing out of the dark and into the light. Having my second vaccination gave me such a lift. While I know I am not, I feel invincible right now!!
Thank you for sharing this bit of sunshine.

Hi, Leslie – Congratulations on your two vaccine shots. That is awesome! In Canada, our vaccine roll-out has been much slower, with numerous delays. But in BC today, anyone 90 years of age and up could register for their first vaccine shot, so I was finally able to register my mom. She receives her first vaccine shot next week. I am super excited about that. It has also helped provide a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks so much for stopping by.
